Efektifitas Telenursing Dalam Pemantauan Tekanan Darah Pada Pasien Dengan Hipertensi: Literature Review

Abstrak

Hipertensi merupakan salah satu penyakit tidak menular (PTM) dan penyakit kronik utama yang menjadi penyebab kematian di dunia serta penyebab tertinggi dari penyakit penyakit stroke dan penyakit jantung koroner. Salah satu metode yang efektif yaitu pemantauan tekanan darah saat ini dapat dilakukan menggunakan teknologi yaitu dengan telenursing. Studi ini merupakan literature review yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemantauan menggunakan telenursing terhadap penurunan tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi. Literature review ini menganalisis 10 artikel yang berasal dari database jurnal yaitu Google Schollar, Proquest dan Science Direct dengan dengan kata kunci “telenursing”, “blood pressure” dan “hypertension”. Hasil dari analisis menunjukkan bahwa telenursing dapat menurunkan tekanan darah dan meningkatkan kontrol tekanan darah pada pasien hipertensi. Secara umum, telenursing dapat meningkatkan manajamen diri dalam mengontrol hipertensi di rumah. Hasil dari literature review ini diharapakan menjadi bahan dalam peningkatan kualitas telenursing.
